Throughout all our experiences with them, they have always very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable, and always had our best interest in mind. Their knowledge of the market was invaluable to us, both as home owners and investors. Initially we hired them to find us tenants for our rental home. We trusted them to find us good people, and they delivered, not once but twice! Anna and Angelo have always known that we would one day outgrow our small bungalow and as soon as the perfect home came up on the market, they immediately called us. They knew what we were looking for and the house they found for us checked off all the boxes and even went beyond our expectations! They were able to navigate and take advantage of an uncertain market to find us our dream home; a two-storey home that was nearly twice the size of our original home, with double the property and in the same neighbourhood. They staged our home beautifully and made some very minor renovations. In the end, they managed to sell our bungalow for more money than the home they helped us purchase.
